When Kidder first joined the organization, their website was so bad that families didn’t use it, making it hard for Kidder to share schedules and send messages.

“SportsEngine makes me look like a professional web developer,” says Kidder. “Before we switched to SportsEngine, our website looked terrible and I was actually embarrassed for our organization.”

“In many ways, our old website was holding us back because it wasn’t mobile-friendly at all,” says Kidder. “It was so bad that families couldn’t read schedules I had posted on it from their phones, so I had to print schedules and hand them out at the beginning of the season to everyone.”

“Before the app, our coaches and managers would try to send schedule updates or game day changes through huge text message chains that just weren’t user-friendly,” says Kidder. “But now they can send messages right through the app, and since everyone is using it, they know their messages are getting through.”
