Lani Silversides

Lani Silversides is a Maine native, parent, coach, breast cancer survivor, nonprofit founder, and mental performance coach. A former Division I basketball player and member of the New England Basketball Hall of Fame, she began her career in education, teaching and coaching at Phillips Academy in Andover. She later founded the nonprofit Strong Girls United, dedicated to empowering girls to be strong, confident, and resilient through sports, mentorship, and mental health programming.
