National Athlete Safety Program: background checks & abuse prevention training

On February 14, 2018, the President signed the "Safe Sports Act".
This federal law created the need for abuse prevention training for people working in all youth sports.
It also created mandatory requirements that if not followed could impose a $125,000 federal civil judgement.
